If you sell outside the US, D7 wins by default: ZipLead is ZIP-code driven and therefore US only, and D7 covers Europe, Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa and Latin America. It also wins on sheer throughput. Roughly 3,500 records a day on the cheapest plan is more raw volume than ZipLead's search limits allow at any price, and if your process is volume-first, that is the thing that matters.
When the bottleneck is deciding who to call rather than finding more names. A bigger export does not answer that question, and 30,000 rows a day makes it harder. ZipLead returns fewer businesses with a 0-99 score, a tier, the reasons not to call one, and a pipeline that remembers the second attempt.
Specific, and checkable on their own pages. If one of these is the thing you need, buy theirs.
D7 hands you the list and stops there. Up to 1,200 businesses a search, exported to CSV, and then every decision is yours: which of those rows is worth a call, which one has a reason to be left alone, and what happened the last time you tried. There is no score, no tier, no pipeline and no call log.
