A search pulls basic business info (name, address, phone, rating, reviews) for an area and scores everything in it. Operator includes 100 searches a month, Command 200. An enrichment credit is spent when you enrich one prospect, which is when we read their site for contact emails, the software they run, hiring, a real certificate check, ad detection, and any public record that names a person. One credit is one prospect.
No. If a search comes back empty, whether the area is thin or the term was not a business type, it does not count against your monthly total. You only pay for searches that returned something.
No. If the site turns out to be dead, parked, a placeholder or blocked to us, the credit goes back. If the listed website is really a Facebook or Instagram page, no credit is taken at all, and the lead still says so. You pay for a look that found something.
Searching pauses until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and everything you have already pulled stays exactly where it is.
